My introduction to Midjourney was at work, where a couple of people were testing it to generate abstract imagery for presentation decks. "Yet another tacky tech trend," I thought. That was until V5 released with more accurate depictions of hands and people. Suddenly my perspective shifted, realizing we were just early in the adoption curve of generative AI.

So I joined my design friends in September 2023 to see what Midjourney was capable of in the context of work. I generated hundreds of images, typically maxing out my monthly credit limit until June 2024. This page is dedicated to sharing some of my favorite generations in my personal exploration in learning MJ. Please keep in mind this was written in late 2024 and their AI model has since then improved.
